• Process automation consulting
• System integration services
• AI-powered workflow solutions
• Custom automation development
• Training and support services

Initial consultations may be provided free of charge. Detailed project assessments and implementations will be subject to agreed-upon fees.

7.2 Payment Schedule

Payment terms will be outlined in individual service agreements. Typically, payments are due within 30 days of invoice date.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MakeFlow, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

9. Disclaimer

The information on this website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company:

• Excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents
• Does not warrant that the functions contained in this website will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Does not warrant that defects will be corrected, or that this website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Wyoming.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
